All three of these are somewhat busy. Arlington is
definitely crazier than Phoenix. Richmond is busy and not
really country unless you go west or east. VA Beach is
also pretty good, but not really much country (but it does
have the ocean!). I still stand by the Charlottesville
area for the best of both worlds.
