Goodness, so many q's!
Nelson is more rural and the economy is hurting more. It is, however,
very nice.
Albemarle is not like NoVa in many respects. It is not as affluent or
expensive.
Don't know about Greene using Investigations. I do know they have had a
heavy push for tech, tho.
Waynesboro is along the I-81/I-64 corridor. Nice place, good area.
About 30 miles west of C-ville.
