Job situation is competitive. Right now it's a buyers market for many
subjects. Especially with UVa around the corner, it is tougher. The good
news is that you have experience and you're a male elem ed teacher. I would
definitely give it a look in the areas I wrote about. You might also check
out Staunton and the Shenandoah counties.
