Post: Search for a series of books

I am searching for a series of 4 books that my 5th grade
teacher read to me and I want to use in my classroom. I
can not remember the titles but there were 4 horse stories
that were set on a maple syrup farm in Vermont. There was
one book for each season. I know that this isn't a lot of
information but any help would be appreciated.
