Honestly speaking, you will need more than those superficial requirements to get employment as a public school teacher in the States, especially in New England where SAUs are run by locals where nepotism, cronyism, favoritism, and many other lamentable -isms rule supreme. Have you applied for state certification in your field of expertise in Vermont or elsewhere? That can be a long row to hoe, my friend. Do you have reliable contacts who have influence? These and many more factors must be considered prior to even getting an interview. I am not trying to rain on your parade, but you first of all need the proper credentials, recognized here in the States before even considering teaching here. I wish you all the luck in the world, especially in New England.
