I just took the test this weekend. You do need to supply your own
calculator, there is a list of acceptable calculators on the WEST
E page of the enrollment site.

The best study guide is the sample questions found on the WEST E
sample questions pdf. In this guide there are two pages of
supplied formulas. These will be supplied to you on the test. I
purchased from XAMonline.com the WEST E mathmatics manual. This
was not extremely helpful. My guess is that they relabeled the
praxis test as WEST E but did not change the content.
