I think you would have a good chance of finding work in King
county especially with your ELL background. I would just
start working on applying for a Washington state credential.
You would have to take the Washington state endorsement exam
which cost $130. Google, "OSPI" it is the Washington state
superintendent office website which will give a ton of
information on getting certified in WA.
