I would be very upset, but not at the teacher. (Well, I guess
indirectly at the other teacher). I'd be more upset at the
pricipal. If a decision is made, and you're a strong leader, you
should not allow a subordinate to change that decision. By doing
so you create all kids of issues (such as the issues between you
and this other teacher). This other teacher should have been
brought into the office and basically told to knock it off.
That's my opinion.
