My former school district used his program. It requires you
to open up and be really honest with yourself. Some people do
not like it for that reason. We had a few staff members who
were a little close minded but that said a lot in itself.
Overall, I think that it is great for the awareness it gives.
With a topic like diveristy and education, there are no
answers or quick fixes.
