Hello. What are the hiring trends in the mid-sized
cities in WY (like Sheridan/ Gillette area) ? Are they
more likely to hire subs or in-state people? (college
recruiting) Are "out-of-towners" frowned upon? Just
want to hear your thoughts. Thx-- Rena
