I know of a few teachers that commutes from PA to Silver
Spring, MD. I wouldn't think you'd have trouble. some
counties are more difficult to get a job in, other aren't. I
teach in Montgomery County and they're very difficult to get
hired in. However, being certified in Special Ed, I think
you'd be okay. But you never know. Montgomery county is the
highest paying county by far but with that comes strictness
and much expectation. But that's how all school systems
should be. Good luck.
