    Can you get hired at another district if you were on a growth
    plan at your last district? What about the need for a
    principal recommendation? I teach a in a special education
    behavioral unit and my IA has been running to my principal
    telling him there's not enough disapline in my class ( keep
    in mind he was a drill Sergeant in the military for 20 years.
    He has told me that he knows more about my kids and how ti
    deal with them than my behavior specialist. They threatened
    me with a growth plan.
