At this point it is just a threat. However I plan on leaving
anyway. I can't stay at a school where they listen to an IA who's
new and never been in a Elementary school before over an
experienced teacher and a behavior specialist. I've just never
heard of anybody getting hired after they were put on a growth
plan. I feel sick to my stomach all the time, worrying that my
IA will run up to the office for anything and they will instantly
tell him he's right and that I'm wrong and I will be in trouble
again. However none of them have any spec ed behavior experience
and my specialist and coordinator are telling me I'm doing
excellent. I have an internal battle daily. Do it their way and
my kids suffer. Do it the way I was trained and the behavior
specialist way and get in trouble.
