Burnout
I believe we can get caught in the trap of it, but only if we allow it to happen. We have to work extra hard to find the creative means to meet the great expectations. We can't let the kids lose their creativity. We are special people with a special gift. Remember it, believe it and use it! I see it happen daily and it frustrates me, but it inspires me to not allow it it to happen in my room.
