    I disagree with the last post. When you are on an admin's "hit
    list" they don't ding you in one area. They let you know it by
    chronic walk throughs and calling you into their office over petty
    stuff. What I think you should do is listen to the feedback with
    an open heart. Perhaps the discipline in your room wasn't stellar
    the day you did the evaluation lesson. Ask co-workers for some
    tips. If your discipline is really, really strong, invite your
    evaluator back into your room and ask them to observe that area in
    the hopes you can talk them into extra points for discipline on
    your final evaluation. Be proactive. Grow from the experience.
    Don't just assume they are gunning for you. Sometimes you get an
    admin who is a real jerk, but most are willing to work with you.
    Explain the strengths of the classroom management system that you
    have and try to get this matter cleared up. Let your actions speak
    to the fact you are a professional who is willing to accept
    constructive feedback and to improve. That is my advice.
