Excellent post, and it is the truth. It goes on everywhere, in
every school district in the United States. These
administrators are not held accountable for their actions
because they are not closely supervised to begin with. That's
why they do what they do.

Every single you worked for your entire life is literally down
the tubes because of an insane or idiot administrator who in
turn is backed to the hilt by the school district. It's
    criminal.

Six years, nearly 60, and counting for me. The only work I can
get is substitute teaching in a different state from the one
from which I was "dismissed." I did nothing to deserve it but
be in the way of an idiot administrator who didn't do her job.

    I can't make it. Right now I am in a federally-subsidized
program for people 55 and over, but it is part-time, only
minimum wage, and not at all related to teaching. I get about
850 a month total, including my dinky pension. Dirtbag who
dismissed me is continually moved from job to job to job, and
she is making 100k a year when she should have been fired.
