I observe my environment and people in it, I listen as others relate
their experiences to me, and have experiences of my own. Thats
how I know. I dont need to eat the same apple you do to know what
an apple tastes like or relate to the experience of eating an apple.

Its not a silly blanket statement its typically part of the actual job
description, mission, vision, and philosophy statement "to better
the school and learning environment". I live on planet earth, my
planet is not full of demonic psychotic evil administrators. Most
administrators Ive worked with are just trying to get control of their
schools and make a wide variety of stakeholders with competing
interests happy enough not to make their lives miserable, all while
    providing for their own families.

Yes there are mean stupid vindictive tyrannical administrators out
there, there are also the same in teachers, students, and every other
industry as well. So your claim is their are mean people in the world,
    water is also wet.

Your not going to get along with everybody in the world, thats the
way life is. When one of those people you dont get along with is
your boss, one of you usually leaves, typically its the subordinate.

The last time I was in a classroom was 5 June 2014.

I didnt write it to entertain you.
