school auction
Hello and good day to you! I am writing to
you in concern of the Canaan Elementary
School fair and auction. This year's theme
is to promote reading! As vice president of
Canaan's PTO, I know first hand that our
school really enjoys the Accelerated reading
programs. We are contacting you to request
a donation for your auction this year. This
would be a great item for our teachers to
bid on to add to the programs they already
have. Could you please email me back and
let me know if you are interested in this
then i will be able to fax a school's
letterhead to you with shipping information.
