Got the prompt about reading as a pastime compared to browsing internet. Any educators of Nepali or Indian background?

For a grad school assignment I have to research another culture and ask questions to someone of a different background from my own. I have had students from Nepal and India and I feel they are cultures I know the least about. If anyone is willing to have me send an email asking a few interview questions, you would be awesome! Alternative licensing for PhDs by state?

If I already have a doctorate (DBA) and experience as a military training instructor and Master Training Specialist (MTS), which states would have a reasonably simple process for getting a teaching license? I've heard Arkansas and New York, what else?

yep_yep If you are talking about public school systems most states (if not all, outside of NY where they lowered the requirements to become a teacher) you have to undergo the same testing as someone with just a Bachelor Degree. The only difference in having the higher level degrees are the pay ranges.
