FTCE General Science 5-9 help!

I failed my first time taking it and am looking to take it again on the 27th. I need help with accurate and really helpful study sites. I tried 240 tutoring and that did not help. I studied off the FLDOE site and that did not help. What helped you?

Essay 03/26 and reading

Teachers are evaluated on 4 performance levels: highly effective, effective, needs improvement or unsatisfactory. Using these 4 performance levels, analyze the benefits and challenges of an "effective" teacher. I get the same reading again Barefoot(10), Brigde(like 20) , day of death(like 10) and acid paperas(5)

My essay topic today was about mentorship. Mentorship plays an important role in professional development in Florida. Districts may not have adequate funds or enough staff to be mentors. Evaluate 2 strategies that districts could use to increase mentorship.
