2 miles logged on at the pt workout this morning. WW weigh in showed a -1.8! Yea! Journaling every day and getting in activity with a tough mindset at meal times is what it takes. Feeling better, with leftover throat clearing.

A little snow on the ground with cold temps. This winter has not been too bad!!! Knock on wood.

I only walked 6,500 steps on this lovely day because I also had errands to run. Now, except for the laundry I just started, I'm all caught up.
