The old body is rallying with the twice a week commitment - I reached 20 miles today for the first time ever! So excited. I don't think I can reach that every time for awhile (I did this one in 66 minutes) but I have a new goal to reach in the future.

Came home and ate large bowls of homemade beef and noodles leftover from last night. Those always taste better the second day. Content.

Old Walker Walked 7.5 miles, my daily usual. I walked an hour in the morning, in the afternoon, and in the evening. Was able to do two walks outside today, usually I "house walk" and go up and down the stairs. Today was cardio day. This Texas weather can't make up its mind. Yesterday it was in the 80s and today we are 59F and windy. It still wasn't cold enough to face the machines so off to the outdoor track I went.

I'm an old walker, too. I'm not nearly as fit as the rest of you, but I'm happy I walked 4 miles today.
