EXERCISE ROLL CALL for Tuesday

Just a quick report in. Got 19.4 miles in on the bike this AM. Went in to get lab tests as requested for my yearly physical only to find the doctor's office didn't send in the request from their end since the np prefers to see the patient first before doing any labs(makes sense to do it that way, but I was only following my written directions) Hopefully I didn't pick up any of those nasty coughing germs being spread in the waiting room. Yuck.

Taking hubby to see Hidden Figures and then out for lunch for Valentine's day. Have to be done by 2 to help with games at the first grader's friendship party at school.

Then it's time to just relax?

Keep movin', everybody! I know it's not just JRod, Judy and I moving so let's hear from some others! I know you are trying out there. Happy Valentine's Day!

judycaret HAppy Valentine's Day! I walked for 45 minutes then did easy exercise class foe 45 minutes. We had pizza for lunch-- waaaay too much for me, but it was delicious.
