One of my middle school classes has become completely obnoxious and unruly. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to get them back in control and less unruly? I am open to suggestions.

Here are a few ideas If they are coming back from lunch like a bunch of wild
animals (mine do and it is the principal dismissing them
from lunch) here are a few things:

Have the classroom lights off or dimmed Have quiet music
playing Have a problem of the day or writing prompt or
bell ringer up and ready for them to settle in to work on
