Today was strength training. I had to keep adjusting weights each set until I found the right weight that challenged my muscles but were still doable. The goal of the weight should be that the last couple should be harder to complete.

--cardio warmup, 5 minutes on treadmill, 3 incline, 3.5 mph

--leg press, 80 lbs, 90 lbs, 100 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets

--lying leg curls, 20 lbs, 25 lbs, 30 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets

--dumbbell bench press, 20 lbs, 15 lbs, 15 lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets

--triceps pushdown, 55 lbs, 60 lbs, 70 lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets

--T-bar row, 10 lbs, 25 lbs, 25 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets

--pullups, 10 reps, 3 sets

The pullup was the only one I had to modify. I just don't have the strength yet to pull my body up. I tried one unmodified and I just hung there like a sausage!

After the workout, I went and did the foam roller on all my muscles. It is painful until the muscles releases and then it's great!
