I put in an hour and half solo bike ride this morning. Hubby took it upon himself to "upgrade" my handle grips without telling me. My palms were really hurting before I realized my foam grips were gone. I LOVED my foam grips which allowed me to not wear gloves. Now I have to go buy gloves which I hadn't planned on. He meant well.

Our Ohio trip was very nice spending a few days with family. However, we got the sad news that our family has joined the way too many families in this country affected by the opioid crisis. My nephew has tried rehab 3 times with no change. He wasn't wanting rehab and this came from the parents. His parents are heartsick knowing that little can be done. They believe the only hope now is jail. My brother is a retired teacher and his other children are all doing well in their lives. I don't know if there are answers for this epidemic. jrod I have not been to the gym since last week. I am dealing with shoulder, elbow, and knee pain all on the right side. I talked to my trainer and she recommended I rest.
