Hey! I am searching for some new ideas for the next school year. I have a time during the mornings each day where we work on IEP goals individually and take data when necessary. This year I have more students than I have ever had so I am having a difficult time arranging this for some reason. We have 8 kiddos with 5 total staff. I may get a new student next week...either way I am able to have up to 10 kiddos with myself and 4 instructional aides. How do you all work on IEP goals individually? Currently, I have two staff work with two kiddos separately, with the remaining 6 kids and 3 staff. I have 2-15 minute rotations twice a day so we can get all 8 kids in. What confuses the kiddos is when the timer goes off, some get to change tables and some don't. All year until now we have had 3-10 minute groups.
