Is the reading endorsement for everyone who is not a teacher yet or is for everyone, teacher or not? Also, does the exam satisfy the class or not? is it one or the other? Thank you for any clarification.....

Reading endorsement is for all teachers who will be teaching ELA. Yes the exam does satisfy the classes.

@sunflower, yes I have this position, and you need 1 competency of the reading endorsement or the board and the 5 from ESOL or the board and only 2 competencies (ESOL)
