I am Litta and I'm an experienced tutor for elementary, pre & post college students. In addition, I have been helping working professionals become more skilled and proficient in Spanish and business. My background includes more than 15 years as a professor at a private university in Lima Perú in the School of Business Sciences and Competitiveness. I enjoy teaching subjects like leadership, business coaching, business administration and organizational behavior. I have significant experience delivering educational programs and leveraging diverse cutting edge educational platforms. I also have expertise with e-learning and blended learning. I usually personalize the itinerary and approach according to the needs of each student as everyone needs a different strategy of learning.
