My name is Rokia, but my friends call me Roka. I am 23 years old, I live in Algeria I have graduated from High College of teachers after a long training term about how to deal with children from childhood till adulthood I have dealt with both theoretical and practical sides. I have learnt how to be punctual by keeping myself well organised and prepared, Responsible to keep children safe. Flexible with my schedule, plan or whatever I have in my mind because we can never expect what will happen next especially with kids and we must be lovable, Respectful,Moreover how to be communicative,it is very important to communicate and understand children on their level. also always share my thoughts with them, Finaly I learnt how to be adaptable and open-mind this makes me learn and understand new circumstances easier and faster.
