Hola! I've been teaching in Berlin, NJ for the last 9 years, in the Elementary setting for Spanish and ESL. I have just been told I will be also teaching Middle School Spanish. I want to be an effective teacher, learn more about CI teaching strategies, and effective Classroom Management and procedures in the world language classroom for Elementary and Middle School. I also want to learn more about the SIOP model and how it works in your classroom when having multiple ages and different English proficiency levels.
