Hi,
I have had the training for step up to writing, but I am
having a very, very hard time implementing it in first
grade. We are also supposed to be using 6 traits. I am
not a new teacher by any means but I sure feel like one!
Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I did not get
very much out of the training. I felt it was intended for
older kids. I am still trying to get mine to write a
complete sentence! Thanks

Teacher Chatboards
Ask your school to purchase a copy of "Primary Steps
Reproducibles". It's for K-2. If you've had the training you
can probably figure out how to use the reproducibles. It has A
LOT of good stuff.
