Has anyone every done a needs assessment (for any need really) that they might be willing to share or tell about? I am in brand new territory here!

I'm not sure if there are formal steps that need to be taken, but if I needed to develop a needs assessment, I would start by looking your data from the previous 3 years. Look for patterns in the strengths and weaknesses of the students. Then I'd find out what writing programs/philosophies the teachers are using. Is there any kind of uniformity by ...See More
