Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

I supervise foreign language teachers in our district. In ASL I have a hearing-impaired teacher who is teaching Level I. He is having some serious behavioral issues in his class. Can anyone suggest some resources or professional development to address this?

Sharon Deering I appreciate the help. However, my situation is with high schoolers on A/B block schedule. The teacher sees them 90 minutes every other day.

Sally I had this same problem. That I missed what was going on. Maybe if you taught a class and let the teacher watch what is going on it might help. What I have decided to do is have a rule only one person is allowed to speak at one time. Maybe suggest they read first days of school. It does work on a A/B schedule.
