Deaf Education Survey

Hello!

I am completing my post bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and Deaf Education at Utah State University.

I am currently taking Aural Rehabilitation. One my assignments is to have a professional who works with children with hearing loss complete a short survey. If you are a teacher or professional that works with children with hearing loss, would you mind taking a few minutes and completing the questions below? Also, if you could briefly describe what type of environment you work in - i.e. School for the Deaf, public school, etc. that would be great.
