I am working on my EAS application and I just got to the file upload section. There are file upload options for things like official transcripts and state teaching certificates; however, I am not seeing a spot to upload my resume. Good to know. I've heard mixed reports on counting non K-12 experience.
In my case they wouldn't count two years because the position had combined admin/teaching duties IN a K-12 setting. :S
In any case, they "generally" require the DoDEA Form 5013 to credit the experience.

EAS includes all they want to see in the application itself. There is a text box to include additional information you think is important. The employment verification form will be required when determining your starting step. EVERY year, you need to upload your transcript and educator certificate/license even if nothing has changed.

They give you an estimated time of arrival but you can arrive earlier if you get everything done.

About 3.5 weeks from final offer to orders and then report date was bumped up (long story). I received final orders this Tuesday and will be leaving next Saturday. My case has been super fast.

New fiscal year starts 10/1 which is affecting processing and funding of orders. Just an FYI.

In theory you can submit anything you want, but they will only care about/count the official form.

Thank you so much for your input. My qualification was confirmed before the "effective date" of the new test. I didn't know it could be taken away afterwards. Now, I must fly out of town to take the new test because it isn't offered in my area...

Honestly, the answer is usually whatever is offered on base. Ease of pick up/drop off, registering the car with security forces (if required), language issues, etc. generally wins out.
