You have to use the new DoDEA employment verification forms and send them to your former employers. The way the "old" HR system worked is that the local school systems kept the forms not DDESS HR dept so no one knows where the originals are so they were never scanned in when the system went electronic. I have scanned everything I turned in. I have all the verification forms, even my original eQip and fingerprint cards. If you have not been doing it. Start now, to scan everything , so you will have it whenever it might be needed.

Call the point of contact at the bottom of the announcement (USA Jobs) and if no response, contact the person who arranged your interview.

If this was through USA Jobs, there is contact information in the job posting. Go back and look at it. If this was through EAS, there is a "contact us" tab as part of the application, that says if being hired from CONUS to DoDDS and another for DDESS.

I didn't know we could email the security guy about the e- qip. I've had difficulty getting HR to return calls. HR's email responses are basically telling me to wait.
