I saw that, DoDEAHopeful, and they fly to Iwakuni. Can't wait to learn what my options are for that. We are not sending our dogs till December, so I do not know if that will complicate things or not.

Oh ok I was mistaken. That is why I am here so I can learn from the more experienced. It is good that it is nontaxable. I keep thinking everything is called something else with civilian jobs from when I was in the army.

I was wondering if anyone has recommendations on online universities with extensive course offerings in special education? I'm mostly interested in Emotional Impairment courses and maybe adding a few more on to get the moderate category as well.

I got my Masters through Grand Canyon Univ. They had a good range/selection of SPED courses. I don't know if they are all available for non-degree seeking students but worth checking out.

I talked with my friend in Germany already and her best guest is that "with family" means a spouse or single parent 1 child. Then Dependents 2-3 would be spouse and one child, etc. That is how we are reading it anyway based on her advice.
