Thank you for the tip Mary-Lorraine. I do have a laptop and notebook in front of me during interviews. However, I never really use them. I will jot done more things in the future in advance. Angel, thanks to the people here, I had materials printed and spread out on my kitchen table and dining table.
I had lessons, examples of data, math standards... so when I got nervous I just had to look down for ideas. I like phone interviews better than in person, but I really dislike both.

I am trying to talk a sibling into applying for next year to DoDEA, but it seems like most of the people getting hired are sped?
Is that correct?
Any general education teachers?
Any plain old math?
Pre-k-kinder, non-sped?

Several positions are vacant at Fort Knox, KY. However, overseas, the names that are pulled for interviews are more likely to have Veterans preference or be certified in more than one area.

It seemed to me like I got the firm offer quickly. I wonder if it has to do with when you are hired? I know Daegu interviewed earlier than a lot of other places so maybe the first new hires were pushed through quicker? I received my offer the first week of April. You're all still further along than I am. I accepted my tentative offer a month ago, and still haven't gone past that part. Like teach, my references have not been checked yet and I got my tentative offer about a month ago. I ran into an old principal a week ago and asked him again, but still no one ever reached out to him or any of my other references.
