Also, the email never specifically states what the position is. How would I go search the usajobs.gov website to figure that out? Search for the city/state? Thanks!

The referral list e-mails are automated. If your name is pulled, no matter whether you are number 1 or 40, you will get the list. They will likely only interview the top few, not all on the list.
