Don't worry about the resume. Just focus on the application and uploading transcripts and teaching certificates. I teach autism too :)

Agree that a resume is not important/required for DoDDS. Everything is done through your EAS. The most important thing for maximizing your chances will be how many areas are your qualified in by DoDDS standards. DoDDS only values credit hours in the specific classes/areas that they require so state certifications will not help you (other than a sta...See More

PS. The only shortage area I have seen recently was when a school attempted to hire a VI/LIMM combo and there was only one qualified person in the system and they turned down the job (so it went unfilled).
