Oh good, it's not just me. There is a DoDDS Facebook page (closed) where many people post where they are going after the transfer round. I will post here if I see anything that might interest you (or anyone else that posts specific areas/positions).

Someone had a similar question about which gets the highest priority (locations or categories) and the answer was this:
Your locations receive the higher priority. For example, if you listed England, Germany, and Japan and categories 210, 310 and 320, your application would be considered in the follow order: England - 210, 310, 320 Germany...See More
