Quick question... I've applied with dodea and on the question regarding what city I'd like to interview in, I selected phone interview because the closest option listed is 3-4 hours away. Should that matter? Is it better for me to make the drive? Thanks!
happyteacher Hmmmm, when I applied there wasn't a list of cities to interview in. I just updated my application and there was no mention about cities.

haha With DoDEA overseas schools interviews are always by telephone. Did you (the OP) apply for stateside or overseas? In general I don't think that it really matters whether you interview face to face or in person since most admin types will be used to interviewing prospective candidates by phone.
