I am an internal applicant and have recently added some areas of endorsement to my state license. Unfortunately DODEA has different requirements that I will not be able to fulfill. For this reason, some areas on my application result as 'not qualified'. I've spoken to HR and they've said that they cannot remove these areas from my application. I've read on a previous post that this may cause for it to be overlooked. Can someone confirm this? I have several other areas of endorsement for which I DID qualify. I am also using spousal preference and LWOP, if that makes a difference.
