The only consistency I've seen with the DODEA system is inconsistency! That includes my own experience and reading about many others on this board. Hang in there and don't panic.........if it was meant to be it will happen.

So, did he tell you that you had the job? Or, did he say that you would get an e-mail IF you were getting the job?

Also, I am confused that references took days to send information. Hadn't that been done already? My future principal did e-mail to clarify because I did not list a current employer, but then I explained that I am not teaching this year.
