Weeks to months. There really is just no predicting it.

First they do the fingerprint check. Mine took about a week, but I am local to headquarters so I did my fingerprints in person. If that comes back clean they give you your firm offer and start paperwork to get orders. Meanwhile they do the more in depth check, which can take quite a while.
