All three schools have referred me for both 1-3 grade and 4-6 grade.

I was also getting a ton of referrals. They were all different "list numbers", though. I had one interview.

I just looked back at my emails and they all have different listing numbers as well. What does that mean? Do we receive a referral whenever an admin looks at our application?

It means each time was for a different position. So maybe 3 for grades 1-3 meant they were looking to fill multiple jobs.

There is a chance the searches were made for the same position and they expanded or narrowed the search criteria and you qualified both times.
