My principal got a reference check immediately after my interview with Daegu.

Mine were never checked and I received an offer.

Like teach, my references have not been checked yet and I got my tentative offer about a month ago. I ran into an old principal a week ago and asked him again, but still no one ever reached out to him or any of my other references.
