Do we find our own housing once we get there? Also for anyone who is already there, I will be at the k-5 school but my daughter is going into 6th grade. Any idea how far that school will be from me or location?
We aren't gonna take my car..I think my SUV is too big and I've heard the train system is great. Thoughts?

Not in Daegu. My understanding was that they had a Pre-K through 8th grade school and a high school but maybe that's outdated information. You should be put up in temporary housing when you first arrive and then be able to work with the housing office to find permanent housing. That is correct however they are changing the k-8 to a k-5 Wasn't sure if they are opening a middle school or they are just combining the middle and high together Just hoping they have softball Woot!!!

I am also moving to Daegu. I was told we will find our own housing with a local agent once we arrive. You will probably be in temporary housing for 8-9 weeks!
