My "missing" eval was also dodea principal which I understand is required to be submitted so I was relieved to hear the gaining principal may decide to move forward without that. I assuming you've emailed him/her and resent the eval and just have to wait now?

I interviewed 3 weeks ago. Yes, I finally contacted him through Facebook and he said he would complete it but I haven't heard back. I don't think he checks his FB very often. I did ask him to message me as soon as he completes it so I can let HR know asap.

Congratulations! I have read that some people here got the firm offer within a couple of weeks, but the time from tentative to firm offer for me was almost 6 weeks.

My new principal was adamant that she hear from my current admin. She wouldn't make the tentative offer until she was able to read and email or hear from her.
